Piedras Negras Ruler 4 (November 18, 701 - November 26, 757) was one of the kings of that Maya city-state. He reigned AD 729-757.
This king was a successor of K'inich Yo'nal Ahk II. It seems that they were not a father and son. He wear a belt ornament with a turtle headdress in one portrait, indicating by Maya sculptural convention that an ancestor, perhaps his father, had ahk, "turtle", in his name.
His sons were maybe Ha' K'in Xook and Rabbit Hand.
His successor was Yo'nal Ahk III, who was likely his son.
